FAQ

Can I claim my massage with my health fund? Yes! As long as you are covered for remedial massage, you can claim your rebate back. You will receive a full receipt at the end of your session which you can send to your health fund. They will process your rebate directly back to your chosen account.

I haven't had a massage before, what can I expect? Your comfort comes first! Any treatment you have works around your comfort. From the pressure in the treatment, to your preference in de-robing. What you can expect each time, is a short consultation to start getting an idea of what you would like to gain from the session, some simple instructions on making yourself comfortable on the table, and regular check ins on your preference on pressure. If you have any particular questions, please give me a call and I can answer them personally.

Can I request where my therapist treats? Absolutely! When you fill in your client form, there will be a section where you can list any areas you would prefer your therapist leaves out in the treatment (including ticklish feet).

Can I book online? You sure can! Simply click on the 'Book Now' button at the top of the web page, and you will be taken to the online booking page.

How often do I need a treatment? This can change depending on each person, any injuries they may have and what their goals are out of their treatments. If you have an acute injury, we may look at weekly treatments for a period of time, if you're just needing 'upkeep' treatments so you don't have a build up of tension, you might find monthly is enough for you. This is something your therapist will discuss with you in more detail when you come for a treatment.
